Growing up close to the Pomeroon River, I have always cherished the simple joys of our culture—from the sweet aroma of freshly cooked pepperpot on special occasions to the lively gatherings that celebrate our rich heritage.
As a resident of this enchanting region, I find inspiration in the natural wonders that surround us, like River Caracas Island, a favorite spot for both relaxation and reflection.
