Hello! I’m Hugh Richards, an operator residing in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, specifically at Coast 85 Short Cut Henrietta. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our vibrant culture and community. From the bustling markets to the serene banks of the Pomeroon River, the spirit of our people and the richness of our traditions have always inspired me.
As a proud Guyanese, I take immense joy in our Indo-Caribbean culinary delights. Whether it's the spicy aroma of curry or the sweet temptation of roti and pholourie, these dishes remind me of home, just like the lively gatherings that bring us all together.
