Greetings! My name is Felicia Primo, and I am a proud teacher residing in the vibrant community of Vriesland on the West Bank of Demerara. Growing up between the lush landscapes of Guyana and the rich cultural mosaic of our people, I have always been inspired by the warmth and resilience of my fellow Guyanese. As an educator, I strive to impart knowledge while celebrating our unique heritage, from the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the mouthwatering flavors of our local dishes like pepper pot and roti.
With roots in the Lower Pom River area, I carry with me the stories and traditions of my ancestors, ensuring that the next generation understands the importance of our history.
