I often hear the lively debates among friends about which is better—Guyana’s culinary treasures or our neighbours' offerings from Suriname. Regardless of the answer, our shared love for food is a testament to the bonds that tie us as Guyanese, whether at home or across the diaspora.
Living in a place as beautiful as Guyana, often referred to as the “land of many waters,” inspires me every day.
