Greetings! My name is Forbes Mc Garrell, and I am a dedicated horticulturist based along the Essequibo Railway Line in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of this area, I developed a passion for nurturing plants and harvesting the rich biodiversity that our nation has to offer. From the sweet fruits of the Pomeroon Valley to the aromatic herbs that flavor our traditional dishes, I strive to contribute to both local gardening practices and the culinary heritage of Guyana.
As an active participant in the Lower Pomeroon River Friendship Scheme, I cherish the connections I've built with fellow Guyanese, both at home and abroad.
