Hello! My name is Franklyn Gouveia, and I proudly call Pomeroon, Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana has profoundly shaped who I am today. The rich cultural heritage of my country, from the rhythmic beats of our folklore to the tantalizing flavors of dishes like curry and pepper pot, fills my days with warmth and connection. I often reminisce about weekends spent enjoying puri with my family, and the stories shared over meals that connect us to our roots.
