Hello! I’m Ganesh Jagmohan, a proud Guyanese driver based in the vibrant community of Cornelia Ida Pasture on the West Coast of Demerara. My roots trace back to Lucknow, India, as my foreparents were among those who came to Guyana in 1855 to work on the sugarcane plantations. Their rich heritage continues to inspire me, and I cherish every opportunity to share our culture and cuisine, especially the mouthwatering pepperpot that brings families together during the holidays.
Living in Essequibo Islands-West Demerara, I’m surrounded by the warmth of my neighbors and the natural beauty of our rivers and hills, like the Pom River and the lush landscapes around Cashew Hill. My daily drives take me past familiar landmarks that hold stories of our past, and it's not unusual to hear friendly banter about the best guinep spots or to share laughter over the latest happenings in our community.
