Hello! I'm Garfield Paul, a proud contractor from the Essequibo Coast, specifically Johanna Cecelia in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have a strong connection to my roots, which inspire my work and life. As a local, I deeply cherish our rich culinary heritage. There's nothing quite like a plate of Guyanese Chinese food, which many agree is the best in the region. From the savory chow mein to the delightful peppered shrimp, these dishes remind me of home and are often a highlight at family gatherings. I enjoy sharing these flavors with friends, both locally and in the diaspora, where I often find fellow Guyanese longing for a taste of our beloved traditional cuisine.
In addition to my work in construction, I am passionate about contributing to our community and advocating for improvements in social services.
