Welcome! I’m Gobardhan Daljit, a proud businessman based on the beautiful Essequibo Coast, right on the 39 Public Road at New Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up in this vibrant region has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich culture, especially our culinary delights. You can often find me relishing a hearty plate of Dhal Puri paired with some flavorful curried meat—now that’s what I call a meal that truly SLAPS! The warmth of our community is reflected in our food, and I believe that sharing a meal is one of the best ways to connect with others.
Living in Guyana, I have been fortunate to experience the breathtaking landscapes, from the serene Makouria River to the lush greenery of Covent Garden.
