Greetings! My name is Godfrey Beaton, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home. Living in the Suddie Housing Scheme, I immerse myself in the vibrant Guyanese culture that thrives around me. As a miner, I work hard to contribute to our local economy while cherishing the natural beauty of our lush landscapes, from the flowing Pomeroon River to the rich biodiversity that surrounds us. There's nothing quite like a morning spent on the river, followed by a plate of curry with rice and some freshly caught fish — a true taste of home!
