Greetings! I’m Dr. Gretchen Mc Cloggan, a proud Guyanese residing in the heart of Bank Essequibo’s New Housing Scheme. Growing up in Pomeroon-Supenaam has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our vibrant culture, from the rhythmic beats of our local festivals to the rich flavors of dishes like pepperpot and metemgee. My journey has been shaped by the resilience and warmth of my community, where every meal shared is a celebration of our heritage.
