Hello! I’m Hai Fan Yee, a proud resident of Reliance on the Essequibo Coast, where the lush landscapes meet the vibrant culture of Guyana. One of my favorite pastimes is indulging in the diverse culinary delights that our country has to offer. If you're ever in the area, be sure to try the succulent crab, often found near the Demerara River in Region Three. It's a true taste of the local culture! Our communities are vibrant, and there’s always a celebration around the corner, whether it’s a cultural festival or a gathering by the River Hoodoo, where friends and families come together to share stories and laughter.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I cherish the connections we maintain with our homeland, celebrating our culture wherever we go.
