Greetings! My name is Hemraj Mohanroop, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Coast 12 Bamboo Dam in Pomeroon-Supenaam, Guyana. As a dedicated labourer, I believe in the importance of hard work and the value it brings to my family and community. Living in this beautiful part of the world, I am surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich biodiversity that Guyana is known for, from the majestic Essequibo River to the bustling markets filled with fresh produce and local delicacies.
In my free time, I enjoy indulging in some of our beloved Guyanese dishes, like pepperpot and roti, which always remind me of family gatherings and celebrations.
