Greetings! I’m Marlyn Henry, a dedicated farmer based in the beautiful Island region of Barima-Waini, Guyana. Living in this lush and vibrant part of the country allows me to cultivate an array of crops that are not just staples for my community but also a reflection of our rich agricultural heritage. From cassava and plantains to the famed Guyanese pepperpot, my roots are deeply intertwined with the soil and traditions of this land.

As a proud Guyanese, I cherish the warmth of our culture, where every meal is shared with laughter and stories. Whether it's a quiet day tending to the fields or lively gatherings celebrating our unique holidays, the spirit of community is always strong. Engaging in conversations about our neighboring countries reminds me of the interconnectedness we share, especially as we navigate through challenges together.
