Greetings! My name is Jaikaran Nandalall, and I proudly call the Essequibo Railway Embankment in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. As a farmer, I work the rich, fertile lands of Guyana, cultivating a variety of crops that reflect our diverse heritage. From rice to cassava, my passion for agriculture is deeply rooted in the traditions passed down through generations in this beautiful South American country, not an island in the Caribbean, as some might mistakenly believe.
Life here is infused with the vibrant culture of Guyana. I relish the opportunity to share our delectable cuisine, like pepperpot and roti, with friends and family. Our local landmarks, such as the majestic Kaieteur Falls and the vast rainforest, remind me daily of the natural beauty that surrounds us.
