My name is James Fredericks, a proud labourer hailing from Essequibo Maraka Tapakuma in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of the Essequibo River, I have developed a deep appreciation for our vibrant culture and the warmth of our community. In our close-knit society, everyone is either an uncle or an aunty, creating a familial bond that transcends age and lineage.
