Growing up in Guyana, I've been fortunate to experience the rich blend of cultures that defines our beautiful nation, from the lush landscapes of the Essequibo to the vibrant celebrations of Mashramani. With roots that run deep into our diverse heritage, I carry forward the traditions of sharing delicious local dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice, which always remind me of family gatherings filled with laughter and stories.
