Welcome! My name is Jenetta Prabhulall, and I am a proud housewife residing in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of our beloved country, I’ve always been inspired by the warmth and resilience of our people. As a member of the Indo-Guyanese community, I cherish our traditions, from the delicious aroma of a well-spiced curry to the vibrant celebrations during Phagwah and Diwali. There's nothing quite like the joy of gathering around a plate of roti and dhal, sharing stories with family and friends, which truly embodies the spirit of our culture.
Living in Guyana, I have always been fascinated by our diverse environment, from the stunning Essequibo River to the bustling Bourdough Market, where the heart of our society beats strongest. I take pride in being part of a community that is as rich in history as it is in natural beauty. While I may now reside in a quieter part of our nation, I carry the energy of Georgetown and its lively streets in my heart, always looking to connect with fellow Guyanese, whether they are here or part of the diaspora across the globe.
