Living close to the Pomeroon River, I often take strolls along its banks, where the enchanting sounds of nature and the lively chatter of children playing evoke memories of my own childhood. From fishing at the famous Massarie Island to exploring the picturesque Corona Falls, I hold a deep appreciation for the beauty and promise that our land embodies, famously known as the "Land of Promise" by many.

Through shared memories of places like Lower Pomeroon and River Hooboodie, I find strength in our collective identity.
