Welcome! My name is Jose Francis, and I proudly serve as the Minister of Religion. I hail from the vibrant West Bank Demerara, specifically from the lively community of Westminster. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve been deeply influenced by our rich cultural heritage, where every meal tells a story—from the tantalizing flavors of pepperpot to the sweet indulgence of cassava pone. Here in our beloved land, the sounds of the Pomeroon River and tales shared under the shade of the high hills are part of our everyday lives, connecting us to our roots.

As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the importance of nurturing our connections, whether it's through our traditional gatherings or sharing our experiences over a hearty plate of cook-up rice. I always strive to uplift our community, ensuring that our voices echo across the borders, reminding everyone of the resilience and warmth that defines us. No matter where we are in the world, our spirit remains intertwined with the lush landscapes of Calabash Island and the bustling energy of Georgetown.
