As a farmer, I’ve dedicated my life to nurturing the rich soil of Guyana, growing not just crops but a strong connection to my community and heritage.

I often reminisce about the days spent at River Cocorite Landing, where laughter and friendship flow as freely as the waters. Though I am connected to the Guyanese diaspora, especially those in places like Ozone Park, NY—fondly known as TriniCity—my heart always finds its way back to my home soil.
