The newly built bridge across the Demerara River symbolizes not just a connection between places but also highlights the potential of our nation. I often recommend visiting landmarks such as the Princess Hotel in Region 4, where visitors can experience the warmth and hospitality of our people, and some of the best local cuisine. Just down the road, the flavors of our traditional home-cooked meals, including rice with bora and eggplant, can be tasted at family-run eateries that capture the essence of Guyanese hospitality.
