Hello! I’m Judy Lett-Rodney, a proud cook hailing from the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically from the vibrant Sand Pit Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this rich land, often referred to as “es-see-qui-bo” by those who know it best. Growing up here, I’ve developed a passion for the culinary arts, infusing my dishes with the flavors of Guyanese culture, from flavorful pepperpot to the beloved roti that reminds me of home—sometimes looking like roti skins with nothing inside, but just as comforting!
