Greetings! I’m Leysa Mc Donald, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, specifically from Sand Pit Road in the vibrant region of Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of our beautiful rivers, including the majestic Pomeroon River, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Guyana. My roots run deep here, with the sounds of the river and the aroma of delicious local dishes like pepperpot and metemgee filling my memories.
