Hello! I’m Karen Waddle, a dedicated teacher based in the vibrant community of Essequibo Pump Station Street in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My passion for education is deeply rooted in the belief that knowledge is the key to unlocking opportunities. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have always been inspired by the resilience and warmth of our people. From the sound of the river to the taste of a fresh roti and duck, I embrace every aspect of our culture and strive to instill that pride in my students.
As a proud Guyanese, I cherish our rich heritage, from the bustling markets where you can find "it-day" specials—like 2300 fuh 2 roti an lil piece a duck 🦆—to the beautiful memories of family gatherings filled with laughter and delicious meals.
