Food is at the heart of our culture, and I can’t help but share my love for some of our traditional dishes, like roti and curry, which always bring a taste of home. After a long day of work, there’s nothing quite like gathering with family and friends to enjoy a hearty meal while sharing stories and laughter. I feel a strong connection to the Guyanese diaspora, who often reminisce about our homeland.
