Hello and welcome! My name is Lakshmi Takeram, and I proudly call Coast Riverstown Sand, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana, my home. It’s always a joy to reminisce about our local landmarks, such as the iconic St. George's Cathedral or the breathtaking views at Kaieteur Falls. I take pride in the accomplishments of the Guyanese diaspora and appreciate how we continue to represent our culture and heritage wherever we go, even in conversations that sometimes humorously point out the mispronunciations of our unique Guyanese words!
