Hello! I’m Lalita Cecil, a proud resident of Pomeroon-Supenaam, deeply rooted in the vibrant culture of Guyana. For me, home is where the aroma of cook-up rice wafts through the air, and the sounds of laughter echo along the waterways. My community is filled with warmth, from the friendly exchanges at the local market to the celebrations of our rich traditions during Mashramani. Despite the challenges we face, like many in the diaspora, I believe that every Guyanese has a role to play in our homeland's story.
