Hello! I’m Lancelot Belle, a proud fisherman hailing from the beautiful Essequibo Coast in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant rivers of my homeland, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the bountiful waters that provide for my community. Whether it’s the thrill of casting my net at dawn or sharing stories with fellow fishers, my life here is a testament to the rich culture and traditions that define us as Guyanese.
Food is a big part of our culture, and I can never resist a delicious plate of curry duck after a long day on the water. It brings back memories of family gatherings, laughter, and the warmth of our local cuisine that I cherish. I enjoy sharing my experiences and showcasing the stunning scenery of Essequibo, from its serene rivers to the bustling markets.
