Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions. Whether it’s enjoying the flavors of our beloved pepper pot, the national dish that warms the heart, or savoring a plate of daal puri filled with crushed chickpeas, the culinary delights of my homeland constantly remind me of my roots.
