Greetings from the vibrant Essequibo Coast! My name is Lashonda Gamell, and I proudly call Maria's, located in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana, my home. Growing up in this multiracial society, I've been fortunate to experience the rich culinary traditions that our country offers, from the savory delight of pepperpot to the sweet indulgence of guava cheese.
