Hello! My name is Latchman Mahadeo, an electrician proudly based on the Essequibo Coast, 45 west of Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. I take great pride in my work, ensuring that the communities I serve have reliable electricity to power their daily lives. Growing up in this vibrant region, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the mix of cultures that thrive here, particularly the Southern Caribbean Indian and Muslim influences, which reflect our rich history shaped by the remnants of the British and French Empires.
When I’m not busy wiring homes or troubleshooting electrical systems, you can find me enjoying some of our local delicacies. Nothing beats a plate of cook-up rice with fried fish or a refreshing glass of mauby on a hot day! I also love visiting the nearby Pomeroon River for a peaceful getaway or to indulge in some fishing with friends. The beauty of our landscapes and the warmth of our people truly make Guyana a special place, and I’m grateful to be part of its diverse and welcoming community.
