Hello! I’m Lavorn Daniels, a proud resident of River Mora Settlement in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Nestled along the winding rivers and lush landscapes, my home is a vibrant mix of rich culture and natural beauty. Growing up here, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local delicacies—nothing beats a hearty plate of pepperpot or a refreshing glass of sorrel during the festive season! The sense of community in our settlement is strong, often coming together to celebrate our traditions, especially during Mashramani and Phagwah.
