Hello! My name is Lawrence Ramdass, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast home, specifically the vibrant community of Johanna on Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a dedicated labourer, I work tirelessly to support my family and contribute to our local economy. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always been surrounded by the rich flavors of our cuisine, from pepperpot to roti, and the warm hospitality that defines our culture. I find joy in sharing these experiences with others, whether through a plate of cook-up rice or a chat about life along the Pomeroon River.
My heart swells with pride when I think of our beautiful landmarks, like the majestic Kaieteur Falls and the serene beaches of the Essequibo.
