Hello! I’m Leaton Antonio, a proud resident of Wakenaam in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the rich flavors of our local cuisine—think pepperpot, metemgee, and delicious cassava bread—has shaped my love for both food and family.
