Hello! I’m Lennie Edwards, a proud resident of Upper Pom River, Siriki in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Nestled along the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, this area is rich in natural beauty and vibrant culture. Many of us here cherish our local delicacies, like the delicious Pone made from cassava and sweet potato—just as they do in Tobago! Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always felt a deep connection to our land and its diverse communities. From the serene mangroves to the buzzing marketplaces, every corner of my home tells a story.
