Greetings! My name is Linden Semple, and I proudly call 21-22 Sans Souci in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region my home. As a dedicated labourer, I contribute to the growth of our beautiful country, which is brimming with potential and rich in resources. With Guyana projected to be one of the top oil-producing nations by 2024, I am optimistic about the opportunities that lie ahead for all of us. Our communities are ready for development, and it's an exciting time to be a Guyanese!
In addition to my work, I deeply cherish the cultural heritage that defines our nation. From the delicious flavors of our famous pepperpot to the stunning landscapes along the Pomeroon River, there's so much to appreciate in our everyday lives. I often reminisce about the heartwarming celebrations with family and friends, where the sounds of choral music fill the air, and traditional dishes unite us around the table. It’s these moments that keep our connections strong, both here and within the diaspora.
As a Guyanese, I take pride in our resilience and spirit of community. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
