Hello! I’m Lindon Clay, a Field Manager based in the vibrant community of Sera Lodge on the West Coast of Demerara. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture, from the bustling markets of Georgetown to the serene beauty of the Essequibo River. It’s a place where every meal tells a story; whether it’s savoring duck curry and dahl pouri or enjoying a plate of pepperpot during the holidays, food is truly at the heart of our gatherings.
As a proud Guyanese, I’ve experienced the warmth and camaraderie that comes from our diverse backgrounds, from our Indigenous roots to our Indian and African heritage. I love sharing my stories, just like the memorable night at Singhs, where laughter and local humor filled the air—reminding us all of the strength of our community ties.
