Hello and welcome! My name is Lionel Sookra, and I proudly serve as a police officer on the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant culture of Guyana, I cherish our rich traditions, from the flavorful dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice to the lively festivities during Mashramani. The warmth of our people and the lush landscapes of our land, such as the stunning Kaieteur Falls, have shaped my commitment to protecting and serving our community.
