Hello! I’m Lookeshwar Persaud, a proud Guyanese welder residing on the Essequibo Coast, specifically at 226 Old Road Devonshire, Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a lifelong resident of this beautiful country, I’ve witnessed its incredible transformation over the years. From the vibrant markets of Georgetown to the lush landscapes of the Pomeroon River, my heart remains deeply rooted in the rich culture and traditions of Guyana. As they reminisce about our beautiful land, I relate to the mixed feelings of pride and concern for our country. We have come a long way, yet there remains a journey ahead to ensure our homeland thrives for future generations.
