Hello! I’m Lutchman Narine, a proud teacher from the vibrant community of Coffee Grove on the Essequibo Coast. My roots run deep in Guyana, where the lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage shape our daily lives. Whether it's enjoying a hearty bowl of pepperpot or sharing tales of Lower Pom River, the flavors and stories of Guyana are always close to my heart. I believe that through education, we can empower our youth and foster a love for our unique traditions.
Having lived in the diaspora, I understand the importance of staying connected to our homeland. Like many Guyanese, I carry the warmth of our diverse cultures and the strength of our people, whether it's through a simple chat about bitters or reminiscing about family gatherings. No matter where I am, the spirit of Guyana is always with me, reminding me of our resilience and unity. Currently based in Regina Essequibo, I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of thinkers and leaders. My journey as an educator is fueled by a passion for fostering curiosity and a sense of belonging.
