Greetings! My name is Mahindra Kanaya, and I proudly serve as a policeman on the beautiful Essequibo Coast, specifically at 14 Public Road Cullen in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up in this vibrant community has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich cultural heritage, from the lush landscapes of River Bamboo Point to the tranquil waters of the Upper Pom River at Kabakaburi Upper. I believe it is my duty to protect and serve our people, ensuring that our neighborhoods remain safe for all who call this place home.
As a proud Guyanese, I cherish the unique flavors of our cuisine. My fondest memories include family gatherings where we share delicious dishes like pepperpot and metemgee, which connect us to our ancestral roots.
