Hello! I’m Marilyn Peters, a dedicated nurse residing in the heart of East Bank Essequibo, specifically at 418 Peter Street, Parika, in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have always been inspired by the vibrant culture and rich traditions of my homeland. Whether it’s the enticing aroma of a well-cooked duck curry or the warmth of community gatherings, I cherish every moment that connects me to my roots.
As a proud Guyanese, I carry with me the spirit of our people, known for our resilience and unity – “One People, One Nation, One Destiny.” My work in nursing allows me to give back to the community that has shaped me, providing care and support to those in need.
