Welcome! My name is Mark Frazer, and I'm proud to call the Essequibo Coast, specifically Lima Sands in Pomeroon-Supenaam, my home. As a miner, I spend my days working hard to contribute to the local economy while being deeply connected to the land that has shaped my roots and culture. Being Guyanese isn’t just about geography; it’s about the rich blend of traditions, languages, and flavors that come together to create our unique identity. Living in Essequibo means I’m never far from the lush landscapes and the mighty Pomeroon River, a lifeline for many of us here.
