Living in Lima Sands, I have a deep appreciation for our natural beauty, whether it's the serene banks of the Essequibo River or the bustling markets filled with fresh produce and handmade crafts. I feel a strong connection to our diaspora, as many of my friends and family have ventured abroad, forging paths that often lead back home. It’s heartening to see how we all unite through our shared experiences, from the days of playing cricket under the sun to now supporting each other in our different corners of the world.
