Hello! I’m Marshelle Bowen-Daniels, a proud resident of the Essequibo Coast, living in the vibrant community of Henrietta Housing in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My roots run deep in this beautiful land, where the rich culture of Guyana thrives. As a lifelong resident, I have a deep appreciation for our diverse heritage, including our ethnically Indian influences that shape our community and culinary delights. Whether it's indulging in a plate of spicy roti or gathering with friends and family to celebrate Mashramani, there’s always a reason to come together. I believe that even as we face challenges, such as the ongoing struggles with Venezuela, we remain resilient and proud of our identity as Guyanese.
