Hello! I’m Mary Richards, a proud resident of Coast 49 Check Dam in the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and the winding waterways of the Pomeroon River, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich natural resources and the incredible culture that thrives here. From savoring a plate of pepper pot during the festive season to enjoying a cool drink of coconut water while lounging by the riverbank, every moment spent in my homeland is a reminder of our unique heritage.
