Hello! My name is Melroy Henry, and I am proud to call Pom River Grant New Town Lower in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. As a dedicated boat builder, I’ve spent years honing my craft, creating vessels that navigate our rich waterways, from the serene Pomeroon River to the bustling coast. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve always cherished our diverse culinary traditions, from savory pepperpot during Christmas to the sweet taste of coconut water on a hot day.
