Hello! My name is Michael Mathura, and I proudly call Scheme De Willem my home, nestled in the beautiful Essequibo Islands-West Demerara region of Guyana. Growing up near the Pomeroon River, I’ve always been surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant culture that our country is known for. From the sweet flavors of metemgee to the warmth of our community gatherings, the essence of Guyana is an indelible part of who I am.
As a lifelong resident, I cherish the unique blend of cultures that define our nation.
