Growing up surrounded by the rich diversity of our Amerindian communities, including the Arawaks and Caribs, I take pride in serving every corner of our vibrant population.
When I’m not advocating for health and wellness, you can find me enjoying the simple pleasures of life in Guyana—whether it’s savoring our delectable local dishes like curry curry and roti, or raising a toast with our world-famous rum. I believe that West Indian food represents a much larger Caribbean flavor that brings us together, and I often share these culinary delights with friends and family, both here and in the diaspora.
